Urgent Vacancy for LOCUM Medical Laboratory Scientist (Chemical Pathology)

LEADEDGE LABORATORY & MEDICAL SERVICES in Ayobo, Lagos needs a LOCUM Medical Laboratory Scientist (Chemical Pathology).

Responsibilities:

• Performing Routine Basic Laboratory Investigations in Chemical Pathological  aspects of Medical Laboratory Services
• Monitoring and maintenance of laboratory equipment

·         Monitoring, maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment

·         Provides analytical, interpretative and advisory services to associated organizations and patients;

·         Validation and quality control (Internal and External QC) of laboratory kits and reagents;

·         Supervising and overseeing activities of lower laboratory staff cadre         

·         Co-ordinating stock, turnaround time, troubleshooting, quality management system;

• Reporting and accountable to Laboratory Director and appointed external Auditors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A registered member of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
• Possess a current practicing license
• Possess 2 years bench experience
• Should reside within Ipaja & Ayobo
